We currently offer local delivery services exclusively to customers in Ellesmere Port. For orders under £20, a delivery fee of £5 applies.
Once an order is placed, how quickly can customers expect to receive their delivery or pick it up from your shop?
Deliveries are scheduled for every Monday and Friday, between 3 PM and 6PM. For shop collections, orders are typically ready for pick-up within 24 hours of placement during opening hours.
If someone chooses to pick up their order, what are your shop's collection hours and where exactly should they go?
Our collection hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM. You can collect your order directly from our shop located in Ellesmere Port.
